Using run.events, event organizers can create customized sponsorship packages and establish pricing and availability. Before configuring sponsorship items and packages within the event management software, organizers must determine the sponsorship benefits they want to offer, such as physical booths, logo placement on event materials, sponsored sessions or activities, or branded merchandise. Once sponsorship items have been defined, organizers can combine them into sponsorship packages that include items and set pricing and availability for each package. Additional benefits or perks are definable for sponsors who purchase larger packages, such as increased visibility or VIP access.

run.events tightly integrate sponsorships with the event's built-in CRM. These benefits event organizers who deal with the same sponsors and individuals year after year, allowing them to track their data over time. run.events offers support throughout the sponsorship process, from initial contact and negotiation to contract signing, lead collection, and lead analytics. To streamline the sponsorship contract process, run.events use sponsorship items and packages that event organizers have previously defined. These contracts are based on the sponsorship items and packages agreed upon during negotiation.

Assigning sponsor managers and managing sponsor personnel

Within the built-in event CRM of run.events, event organizers can store information about sponsors' staff. This information can then be used to assign roles to the sponsor's personnel, such as Lead Manager or Task Manager. Additionally, run.events allows for the automatic creation and assignment of sponsorship tickets to sponsor personnel who will be attending the event. With these tickets, sponsors' staff can gain admission to the event. If a sponsor's personnel with a sponsorship ticket is assigned the Lead Manager role, they can also use run.events mobile app to scan leads during the event and perform lead analytics after the event.

Assigning tasks to sponsors

During the event preparation process, event organizers assign various tasks and deadlines to sponsors. These tasks include making final booth position and configuration decisions, sending printed materials, and other necessary actions before the event. run.events support event organizers and sponsors in this process by allowing organizers to assign tasks to individual sponsors or multiple sponsors who meet certain criteria, such as those with a specific sponsorship item booked. Both sponsors and event organizers can then track these tasks in their respective dashboards and mark progress and completion. Additionally, event organizers can use this feature to remind sponsors of tasks and deadlines.
