All that we have been discussing so far is managing sponsors from your perspective – as an event organizer. But what do sponsors see?

When sponsors log in to run.events with their valid sponsorship ticket, they will be presented with a sponsor dashboard. Depending on their sponsorship roles, they will see up to four tabs:

  • Tasks (if they have been assigned the Task Management role), where they can view tasks assigned to them, manage them, and track their progress.

  • Leads (if they have been assigned the Lead Management role), where they can view and analyse all the leads that have been scanned by their team, and where they can export collected leads list into an Excel file.

  • Lead Labels (if they have been assigned the Lead Management role), where they can define and manage lead labels. Lead labels are a quick and convenient way to mark and classify leads during lead scanning, especially when everyone is rushing and has no time to write long lead comments. Sponsors need to define these labels beforehand, and this is where they can do it.

  • Award Drawing (if they have been assigned the Lead Management role), where sponsors can easily pick a random attendee either from the list of all event attendees, or only those attendees who have visited their booth.
