Assigning tickets

run.events offers a unique concept of ticket assignment. Large customers usually buy many tickets early to use discount prices and decide later who will use them. This is known as the 'ticket assignment' process in run.events. Ticket owners can invite attendees via email to claim their tickets, or they can fill in their data manually. Filling attendee data manually is less desirable because attendees won't have a run.events account associated with their tickets and won't be able to use the mobile app and all its benefits and services. However, there may be cases where ticket owners forget to invite attendees to claim tickets or where attendees forget to claim them. This can cause prolonged check-in time and potentially lead to forming undesired registration queues. Therefore, as an event organizer, you can assign, unassign, and reassign each ticket from any attendee or re-invite attendees to claim their tickets. In this way, you can deal with such cases swiftly.
