Sponsor

I am a sponsor or exhibitor, and the event we are sponsoring is using run.events. How can I use it to the best of my ability?

First of all, you will love the experience. Although you may need to familiarize yourself with the system to maximize your return on investment, the process is much easier, faster, and more streamlined than what you're normally accustomed to.

The first step is to accept the invitation from the event organizer to join the sponsor team. You will receive an email invitation and need to click on the "Accept" button. When you do, you'll be asked to sign in to your existing run.events account or create one if you don't already have it. The process is simple and takes almost no time at all. Please remember which login you used to log in to run.events as the most common issue is forgetting this information and then attempting to access event data with a different login that is not connected to your sponsorship.

Your role within the sponsorship will be determined by the event organizer and your event sponsor representative. It could be as a "Lead Manager," which would enable you to gather and analyze leads, a "Task Manager," which would allow you to see and manage tasks related to your sponsorship, or both.

1. Before the event

There are a number of tasks that you can, or better said, should do in order to prepare your sponsorship in the best possible way and get the maximum out of it.

2. Set up and get acquainted with the run.events mobile app

run.events mobile app will be your primary networking and lead retrieval tool during the event, so make sure that you set it up properly in advance.

3. At the event

As a sponsor, the run.events mobile app is an excellent tool to leverage during the event. The lead retrieval feature of the app allows you to scan and collect contact information from potential leads, making it easier to follow up with them during and after the event. Additionally, using the gamification features can help generate interest and promote your booth giveaways to attendees. You can also use the chat function within the app to engage with leads, answer questions, and build a relationship with them.

4. After the event

After the event, sponsors and exhibitors can use run.events for lead analytics and export by going to their sponsor dashboard, where they can sort, filter, and perform advanced lead analytics on their data. Additionally, completing event surveys using the run.events mobile app can be advantageous for both organizers and sponsors/exhibitors, as it can help improve future events, resulting in increased attendee satisfaction and loyalty, more repeat attendees, and positive word-of-mouth marketing, leading to more successful events and stronger partnerships.
