On-Site Check-In is the run.events service for check-in and badging at your venue, in one of two forms: a pre-configured hardware kit that your staff run, or a full service in which run.events staff run check-in and do the badging. The service is for organizers of B2B events, conferences and congresses, trade fairs, association and corporate events, and for event agencies.

What On‑Site Check‑In includes

You choose one of two forms.

Hardware kit

Check-in hardware put together for your event, for example tablets or self-service kiosks and badge printers. The contents are agreed per event.
Pre-configured before delivery.
Shipped to the venue and returned after the event.
Run by your own staff.

Full service

run.events staff run check-in at the venue.
run.events does the complete badging: badge design in your branding, printing in advance or on demand at check-in, lanyards and holders, and reprints and replacements on site.
The details are agreed per event.

The check‑in software

The hardware kit and the full service both use run.events Check-In and Badging. The software offers registration and support desks with badge printing, self-service kiosks that keep working offline, the Access Control App for entrance and session check-in, and check-in logs and reports.
