API & Integration

API & Integration is the run.events service for connecting run.events with your other systems, such as your CRM, your accounting software or your own applications.

The service is for organizers of B2B events, conferences and congresses, trade fairs, association and corporate events, and for event agencies.

API & Integration: run.events with its REST API and an MCP server for every published event, connected to Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Pipedrive, DATEV, Excel files and custom integrations.

What the API & Integration service includes

  • Public REST API. Access to event information, the full agenda and sessions, speakers, ticket types with current prices, and sponsors and exhibitors with their products and services.

  • An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for every published event. AI assistants such as Mistral, Claude and ChatGPT connect to the event and query its live data. Nothing needs to be installed. Events can also be reached under your own domain, such as mcp.your-event.com.

  • Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Pipedrive, DATEV and Excel files.

  • Custom integrations, built by the run.events team for your systems.

How the API & Integration service works

  1. Free 30‑minute consultation.

We go through the systems you use and the event data they need.

  2. Check.

We find out whether the public API or an existing integration already covers what you need.

  3. Build.

If not, we build a custom integration.

  4. Test.

The integration can be tested in the separate demo environment before it goes live.

Who the API & Integration service is for

  • Organizers and associations that keep contacts in a CRM.

  • Organizers who use DATEV or similar accounting systems.

  • Trade fairs and agencies that show event data on their own websites or applications.

  • Corporate event teams working in Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365.
